How do I care for my Fit Hoop?
Use your hoop over soft surfaces like grass, carpet or sand, and in open spaces to avoid contact with walls and other items. Dropping or scraping your hoop on rough surfaces like cement, asphalt, hardwood etc, can damage the hoop by ripping and scuffing the tapes. Do not leave your hoop out in the rain or sun, or it may become warped. If any scuffs do occur, use a small amount of dish soap and a cloth to gently wash them away. Avoid driving over, sitting, or tugging on your hoop.
Can my non-collapsible hoop fit in my car?
Yes! Carefully bend your hoop to pass through the backseat door, and release to allow the hoop to expand back to its full shape. Do not leave your hoop inside a hot car. If your hoop becomes warped, lay it in the sun and allow it to warm, and carefully reshape it.
What are your return and class cancellation policies?
All hoop sales are final. Class refunds are available when a session is canceled at least 24 hours prior.
Can I pick the location of my hooping class?
Yes! We offer on-location sessions up to 50 miles from downtown Chicago. Keep in mind that the more space available, the better. Back yards, parks, beaches, local gyms, studios, and interiors with high ceilings are all great spaces.
Can I play my favorite music during my hooping session?
Of course. Dance is a huge contributor to the physiological benefits of hooping. A stereo is always supplied for playing CD's and MP3's. Feel free to bring whatever tunes get you in the groove!
What do I need to bring to my hoop class?
Bring plenty of water, comfortable, non-slippery workout or yoga apparel, a good pair of sneakers, and any music you may enjoy.
How quickly can I expect to receive my hoop in the mail?
All hoop orders are shipped or ready for pickup within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping time generally should not exceed 3-4 additional days.
Can I pick up my hoop locally if I am in the Chicago area to save on shipping?
Yes! If you would like to pick up your hoop locally, please email us at Orders @ Hoop-Bliss.net. If you have already placed your order online, we guarantee a full refund of your shipping charge upon picking up. If you would like to place your order over the phone, you can do so at 847-606-2582, and schedule a pick up at your convenience.
How do I assemble and disassemble my travel hoop?
Each hoop piece has a matching color-marked connecting piece. Look at the ends of each piece, and slide the matching colored ends together until the button snaps into place securely.
To break your hoop down for travel, press the button snaps down completely, and simultaneously pull pieces apart.
